Les is Managing Director and co-founder of i2. His main focus is to build key client and supply chain partnerships and to set the business strategy for i2. He is passionate about building a vibrant, challenging and rewarding work environment for his team.

Having worked in the environmental industry for close to 20 years Les has built up an impressive portfolio of skills, experience and contacts. His previous roles cover a large range of management and technical expertise in environmental analysis and science, including Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Asbestos Surveyor and Project Co-ordinator.

Dee Theis

In her capacity as Accounts Manager Dee is responsible for all incoming and outgoing invoicing and all accounting issues. In addition she manages the sample collection process, including booking of couriers.

Dee is also the HR Manager for i2.

Dee has 8 years experience working in the environmental sector in the areas of accounting, HR and payroll. Prior to this time she spent 15 years in the banking industry as a mortgage account manager.
